Welcome to Mofavo! These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of our platform and services. By using Mofavo, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Mofavo is designed for merchants and delivery partners to facilitate shipping orders, and these Terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and obligations as a user of the platform.

• No abuse, harassment, or trolling of other users or Mofavo personnel.
• No creating fraudulent or hoax shipping orders.
• No using the platform for any illegal activity as defined under Tunisian law.

Users of Mofavo must be adults (18 years or older) and businesses looking to use the platform for lawful purposes. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account and using the platform. You are responsible for all actions taken on your account. If you break any laws while using Mofavo, you bear full legal responsibility.

• You must not ship any items prohibited under Tunisian law (e.g., drugs, weapons, etc.).
• Mofavo does not handle shipping orders directly, and merchants and delivery partners are responsible for their business relationship.

Users can link their Facebook business pages to Mofavo for additional functionality, but it is not mandatory. Mofavo is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party platforms.

Your data is stored securely on AWS servers with encryption. You retain full ownership of your data and may delete it at any time through the platform. Mofavo is responsible for maintaining the security of your data while it is hosted on our servers.

Mofavo acts solely as a tool to help merchants and delivery partners manage their shipping orders. We do not intervene in any aspect of the shipping process and are not liable for any disputes between merchants and delivery partners. However, Mofavo is responsible for the proper storage and protection of data on its servers.

• Engaging in trolling or creating hoax shipping orders.
• Engaging in abusive behavior or harassment.
• Violating these Terms or any applicable laws.

Changes to these Terms will be rare, but Mofavo reserves the right to update the Terms as needed. In the event of any changes, we will notify users by email. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Mofavo operates exclusively in Tunisia, and these Terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any disputes or legal issues arising from the use of Mofavo will be settled in accordance with Tunisian legal standards.
